Eerste dozen vanuit Amerika zijn aangekomen

De CHA-berichten laten even op zich wachten, want we hebben dinsdagmiddag de eerste dozen vanuit Amerika binnen gekregen. En je snapt al dat is veel maar ook heel erg leuk werk. Alle dozen zijn inmiddels uitgepakt en de eerste nieuwe artikelen staan nu in de webwinkel. Nu moet het allemaal nog een plekje krijgen in de winkel. En dat is elke keer weer een uitdaging.

Wat hebben we binnen gekregen: The Ribbon Ring lint opbergsysteem, JustRite stempels, Quick Quotes papier, Spellbinders stansen, Punch Bunch ponsen, Quickutz flourish stansen, Scor-pal scoring boards en matten in inches en metric, Imaginisce Urban albums en nalevering Lucy Bird papier, Bosskut stansen, American Crafts albums knopen en brads, Webster's Pages papier en Tattered Angels glimmer mist, screens en clear stempels.

We will contine the CHA messages later, because we received the first boxes from the USA. You can imagine that's a lot of work but also a lot of fun. All boxes are unpacked and the first new items can be found in our webstore. The next challenge is to give each item a place in our store.

CHA 2010 show ook hard werken, maar de 1e nieuwe spullen volgende week binnen

Natuurlijk is rondlopen op de CHA show een snoepwinkel voor elke scrapper en kaarten maakster. Je ziet zoveel mooie en nieuwe spullen. Maar om al die mooie spullen hier te krijgen is het ook hard werken. Op de beurs orders uitschrijven, uitrekenen en dan plaatsen bij de leverancier.

Maar ook hier in Nederland zijn we druk bezig. We hebben regelmatig contact met de diverse leveranciers waar we orders geplaatst hebben en proberen alles zo snel mogelijk naar Nederland te krijgen. En dan komt de beloning. De eerste zending vanuit Amerika komt volgende week. Als de douane meewerkt dan wordt het de 17e of 18e geleverd.

Ofcourse walking at the CHA show is like a candy store for each scrapper and card maker. You see so many beautiful new things. But to get all the beautiful things to the Netherlands is also hard work. Writing orders, calculating and placing the orders at the booths. But here in the Netherlands we are also very busy. We constantly are in contact with all the different brands where we placed our orders. We try to get all the new stuff overhere as quickly as possible. And then comes the reward for all the hard work. The first shipment from the States comes in next week. If customs is not giving us a hard time we should have it in by February 17th or 18th.

Nieuwe spullen voororderen

Elke dag zullen we op ons blog een berichtje plaatsen van wat we voor leuke nieuwe spullen tegen zijn gekomen op de CHA show en wat we daarvan hebben ingekocht. Sommige spullen laten nog een aantal weken op zich wachten voordat ze hier in Nederland geleverd worden vanuit Amerika. Andere winkels bieden nu al de optie om die nieuwe spullen in voororder te plaatsen. Die optie hebben wij niet. Want wij leveren alleen wat we op voorraad hebben en wij willen graag complete bestellingen versturen. Daarom hebben wij een actuele voorraad op onze website. Maar wij bieden je wel een speciale service aan. Wij hebben namelijk de klantenwensenlijst in het leven geroepen. Je kunt ons mailen als je hierop wilt. Geef ons door in welk artikel je interesse hebt en wij mailen je zodra het binnen is. Op deze manier kun je snel bestellen en zul je niet misgrijpen. Het is geheel vrijblijvend en het verplicht je tot niets.

CHA 2010 bericht: Nieuw inbindsysteem van We R Memory Keepers: The Cinch

Tijdens de CHA show is We R Memory Keepers uitgekomen met weer een nieuw soort gereedschap. Na hun crop-a-dile, de Big Bite en de Corner Chomper komt nu het nieuwste inbindsysteem uit: The Cinch.

JustRite Stamping Tip

Tip van JustRite. De kleuren van het rubber van de stempels komt overeen met de kleur van het rubber op de woodstamper. Met dit in gedachten grijp je nooit verkeerd. Uitzondering zijn de font stempels, die zijn nl. onderling uitwisselbaar op verschillende maten.

The rubber grid on the wooden stamper is color coded to match the color rubber of the coordinating size designer centers and borders stamps.
The exception to the rule: Our Fonts come in different colors too but you can use any font on any size stamper. Font is interchangeable with all our products. Our 1 3/16" stamper is the only one that does not accept 95 pt. font. We have given each of our typefaces a color so that it is easier to put away your letters once you have used them.

JustRite stempels combineren met Spellbinders Nestabilities

De JustRite stempels op zich zijn al erg leuk, maar ze zijn ook heel goed te combineren met de Spellbinders Nestabilities. JustRite heeft nu een overzicht gemaakt bij welke stempel je welke nestabilities stans kunt gebruiken. Dat overzicht zie je hieronder en kun je hier downloaden.Bij het indelen van de stansen hebben ze als volgt geteld:

When you combine the Spellbinders Small Nestabilitie set with the Spellbinders Large Nestabilities sets, you can create mat layers with 1/8" increments.
